Impact: Supports women entrepreneurs
We supported Only Child’s founder to cultivate a deeper understanding of the studio’s business model by connecting the dots between her impact and unique approach as a design studio. We ran her through an impact model sequence and co-created a business approach. The impact model process helped her develop a mission statement, needs, and values and determine her target client. Ultimately, by going through this collaborative, in-depth process, she was able to identify her unique strengths and gain clarity on the foundational purpose of her business.
